Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Demovakrit platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Demovakrit for personal, non-commercial educational use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Demovakrit platform
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Demovakrit at any time.
Account Registration
To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
User Content
Our platform may allow you to submit, post, or share content including but not limited to assignments, projects, discussion posts, and comments. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content.
By submitting content to Demovakrit, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and providing our services.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant the above license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others
- Transmitting any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
- Impersonating any person or entity
- Interfering with or disrupting the platform or servers
- Collecting or harvesting information about other users
- Using automated systems to access the platform without permission
- Sharing your account credentials with others
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform
Course Enrollment and Access
When you enroll in a course, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for personal, educational purposes only.
Course access may be time-limited or may remain available for the duration of your active account, depending on the specific course terms.
Demovakrit reserves the right to revoke access to courses if you violate these Terms of Use or if a course is discontinued.
Intellectual Property Rights
The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Demovakrit. The platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent from Demovakrit.
Payment and Refunds
Certain courses or features may require payment. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information.
All fees are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change with notice.
Refund policies vary by course and will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Generally, refund requests must be made within a specified period after purchase and before significant course content has been accessed.
Third-Party Links and Services
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Demovakrit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
You acknowledge and agree that Demovakrit shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such third-party content or services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The materials on the Demovakrit platform are provided on an as is basis. Demovakrit makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Demovakrit does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its platform or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this platform.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Demovakrit or its suppliers be liable for any damages including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Demovakrit platform, even if Demovakrit or a Demovakrit authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Demovakrit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses including reasonable legal fees arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another party.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Use.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms of Use which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use our platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the platform.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use will remain in effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our platform and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the platform.
